NM in Depth editors discuss legislative efforts on alcohol and progressive taxation

New Mexico In Depth Executive Director Trip Jennings and Managing Editor Marjorie Childress discussed efforts last Friday lawmakers may take during the 2025 legislative session to increase alcohol taxes and to further an ongoing project they’ve undertaken in recent years to reform the state’s tax structure in general.
